Exam time

Today is a good day :)!! I have tons of studying to do for Friday, it’s impossible. On the way back home today I decided to pop in Zara, just to check what’s going on. I knew that all the fun shoes were sold out, but decided to check out the men’s jeans that were on sale. And there in the changing room, on one of the shelves, I spotted the boots. Now the only pairs left were very small ( I have tried them at least three times) and these were two sizes larger…Rather big, mostly they are very loose at the back. They were 25, down from 99 Eur, so I decided to give them a try at home with my Scholl’s Party Feet and return them if it doesn’t work. At the till, it turned out that they were even more reduced and were 15 Euro. Yay. Most impractical shoes I own. They are definitely not going back.

In my bag

Sundays are for lazy stuff and what lazier post than a “in-the-bag” post. So here is what I have most of the times in my bag (missing: Bulgari Omnia)

Starting from bag clockwise: Bag (Pimkie), Extra large wallet (H&M), Make-up bag (Bodyshop), Notebook, Personal planner/journal, Agenda for mostly school stuff, Motorolla K1; Inner circle: Small purple wallet for coins/small bags/going out (Mango), Pink cameraholder (actually a kid’s make-up bag – it sounds wrong, but that’s what it is! Hema), Smaller make-up bag.

Wow my bag contents are colorful. And this is excluding the 4-5 pens, a couple pairs of earrings and random rings, random store receipts.

Take me dancing, lover

Loving the pattern of this dress that I picked up in Bulgaria a few weeks ago. The ultimate winter/fall-ish color combinations. And very versatile if i use a safety pin to reduce the ridiculously low cut. I also changed my tights tomore opaque ones.  Oh and I also think that I (kindof) figured out some of the settings on my camera, I am still working on that though :).

Some useless advice

First of all let me start by saying that if you have the brilliant idea to bleach dark dark jeans in the attempt to simply make them very and kindof uniformly light- it won’t exactly work. Evidence below. Two liters of bleach (that’s insane) later and that’s the result. They officially won’t bleach anymore – even the darker spots. I was hanging out in them today (the heels are just for the pic), but I’m not sure I really need two pairs of bleached jeans or that I would wear them. It was fun though. Maybe they need holes and rips.

Light and faded jeans = obsession

I am in love with this editorial – so fresh for spring , youthful and comfy. My lost love for jeans is reappearing. There is not one piece that I wouldn’t wear. Do you like it as much as I do?

Frilly skirt and bat sleeves

Bat/wide sleeve sweater/cardigan. Very comfy. I am very delighted that the weather here is getting warmer. +5+7 and I am happy for now. Layering is all fun and stuff, but -10 and below is crazy.

Lace and gold

I took a little break for the holidays. Good times. I’m back in the Netherlands and did some (minor damage) at the sales. Here are two of my favorite things right now – a lace dress and a golden tulip skirt which people apparently did not want to buy from the Zara outlet for about an year now (i.e. last time I saw it hanging there).
